I never get buffers and I'm from the UK where super-fast fibre broadband is becoming a thing very quickly, it is also becoming cheaper as well, my network is fibre network provided by virgin media, I don't know why till this very day American internet is a political football ground like you lot health care issue. Internet should be a right and so should healthcare universally, which is what we do in western Europe, also I pay $38.96 per month for my network in the UK.
