  1. I prefer to balance out my good and bad bacteria (microbiome) to be honest, you can't get rid of the bad that comes with the good. But..being clean (within moderation) should keep anything bad at bay for the meantime. Thank goodness for Probiotics 💊.

  2. btw, I do care about the earth, it's just one guy like my self can't make difference on my own, the whole of humanity needs to change thei lifestyle to adapt to change the earth is going through at the moment.
