  1. I didn't vote brexit, but....I'm getting tired of businesses coming up with horrible excuses not to train British work labour force old & new. Also increasing the wage, business still refuse to do the decent thing. If they can't even cope, then some of these businesses deserve to fail and go bankrupt.

  2. They want the easy way out, these businesses deserve to fail, our money shouldn't save them if they fail to recruit on short-term/long-term basis. It's ridiculous that these businesses can't do the moral/right thing, train the work force here in the UK first, then seek out immigration where there are gaps needed to be filled. They can't be doing this anymore, they either adapt and learn or they go bankrupt or leave the country. The ball is in their court!.

  4. British businesses are being way too picky, train the work force in the UK first and then seek out immigration where it is needed to fill the gap in certain areas, there's simply no excuse for these fatcats to not train the work force.
