Yep, I agree. Open more gyms, social clubs for these people give them some thing good to do and watch the crime levels drop.

It takes a village to raise kids (parents, local government, communities etc) somewhere for the last 10 or so years that has been completely demolished. Many of these crimes can be prevented, show these men a way out, not just through words but both words and action, show them that you do not need a knife. I come from a council estate and my family is not rich by a long a stretch ( a typical working class family) and non of my siblings or even me for that matter have never been raised to think you need to carry a knife 24/7 and my area is very poor (sh!thole in fact) it has been poor for years, now it is gentrified or going through the extreme version of that term. The choice is there, support is there. Use your brain and grasp it and find something better to do with your lives (it is never too late to leave road).

@czystekurestwo it's alot more than that, gang violence is a small percentage of the on going issue.
