Europe for a long time has never taken the African continent (countries) seriously, why waste money on aid etc, when you should be out there making trade partners on the continent, it's your loss Europe, the more china digs into Africa (influence) the more Africa will see china as a ally. Either way USA and Europe must do better from now on and beyond and stop spoon feeding them and take them seriously.
