I've noticed that, when I immigrated (moved from windows to Linux full time) I realized Linux doesn't really need AV, so that put my digital brain/heart at peace.

I do not bother asking anyone in the linux community technical questions anymore, if I have made a mistake on my linux computer i just figure it out my self now. Because some people in the linux community are just rude. I also agree, I type my issues via google and get the answers I want and need.

The only arch linux i use is SteamOS HoloOS (KDE Arch Linux) Steam Deck. On my main laptop though I use KDE Neon.

Libre Office & OnlyOffice are my go to when it comes to docs 😬

@Brandon Taylor cool, will do

Manjaro is absolutely crap, I'd not even recommend it to Hitler

 @MrRa1nes I do not give a damn what you think or anybody else.

I can't lie gnome is overrated

Arch 🤣 reminds me of Manjaro breaking like a match stick, I'm glad I stayed on KDE neon for good. By the way Manjaro is crap.

Don't forget the YT premium users who also contribute to your content dude.

I'm a KDE guy and love KDE neon, which is my main OS.

This I agree. Marketshare is essential. Especially in markets like the UK etc.

That's what i did with my 10 year old laptop (I put Linux kde neon plasma on my USB stick) completely removed windows since it no longer supports my system in the coming years, i jumped a head of time to future proof my machine with Linux, because Linux supports older hardware way better than windows does and for the long term too.

For me as a recent former long-term windows user who has just recently immigrated to linux (KDE Neon Plasma) i think one of the things the linux community can do is it make easier for windows users to get used t the linux ecosystem (yes make it friendly, even if that means some linux devs will have to borrow some ideas from windows e.g. the DE) is one of the strongest ways to grab a percentage of windows users over to the linux community long-term. I'm that latest example. But I do not want linux to change at all, just adapt and change as they should. Linux equals freedom. Don't copy...but learn from windows and also learn from linux as well. I try to understand linux, that to me is so essential and important. It's same way on how I grew to understand windows because I grew up with that system for decades with a mix of linux in there on and off (meaning I have dabbled in linux in the past). Now I'm a full blown linux user, former-windows user. #KDENeonPlasmaUser

 @Adam-yf2ux you've got another one (me), my system has Manjaro KDE plasma and I'm so happy that I've finally come to my senses. Windows is a headache (not hell) but annoying when things do not work the way should. With Linux (Manjaro KDE plasma) oobe experience is what I like, I like that it is just so accommodating to users overall (beginner - professionals). Goodbye windows (MSFT)

I 100 percent agree, I'm one of them. It's slick & smooth, also accomodating to new users too
