  3. Corruption in these countries is the reason why law no longer exists in them from Haiti to Mexico and African countries, the very top (leaders) need to be held accountable. I've also read about the history of Haiti and France, super strange how quiet Macron is about the whole situation there in Haiti. Also, why do Americans have influence over Haitians?
