She's german and french (her dynasty started with William the conqueror and with the Saxons) but not she has some African relatives too because of Meghan Markle (her son and her second unborn child), so I'd say Queen Elizabeth family is very diverse in my opinion, she is not purely English, but it is her country of birth and she lives and breathes as an aristocrat British citizen.
