To be honest, it is too late for EU to do just that (investment), China has already crept in and has seen untapped potential resources and talent there, now EU wants a slice of that African pie (resources) 🙄😑. The African union is slowly creeping up to, but it has its own issues to sort out before extending a hand to the EU also, also the EU needs to extend a hand back.
