I've got the evolved form in my body called sickle cell trait it is essentially making immune to malaria to an extent, that is the whole point of sickle cells, they have come into form to prevent malaria from developing, but there are extreme versions of the abnormal cell if you got the full blown disease. For me I have normal blood cells and sickle cells in my body.
