Funny how Bill Gates specifically said that the world is not prepared for pandemics not too long ago on TED talk, it's like as if he had inside knowledge about future eventualities that will explode upon societies across the world. Also WHO organization is absolutely uselss and need something that won't just talk but kick into action, have health teams come together and find ways to fight back against the disease.
