It has taken usa a long time to recognise that education and health care should be a universal tax system (contribution tax system) where everyone contributes, so you all can access it for free at the point of service, where no man or women or kids in usa is left behind because of costs etc etc, people like me who are watching usa is finally (slowly) taking usa seriously again, if she doesn't win in 2020 then usa will be a laughing stock again
