  1.  @DieNibelungenliad  most African countries do not have the economy that the first world or second world nations have (yet), it's a bit late to tell Africans to stop having kids, same thing going with China it is way too late for government to tell population to have one more sex lol when the cost of living is expensive in countries like UK, USA, the rest of Europe, Japan, Canada etc
