Pooring drink in a glass by yourself, taking a shower by yourself, being able to read and write. You are not a helpless dumb infant anymore at 7 and if you are you wasnt raised propperly. Between 7 and 8 is when you put on your big boi pants and start to learn about the world and preform task to contribute to your survival. Hojsehold chores, cleaning up your toys after playing, going to the toilet by yourself , going to the store and buying something etc. Etc.etc.
