Someone asked me to review your video and do a reaction video to it for my channel - I'm not going to do that as it would make for a very boring video! You did a fantastic job in this video. Bravo. The only point I would mention is that you said household debt is going up, which may not be quite accurate. Debt is going up in some households, while other households 'seem' to be paying DOWN their debt right now. We don't yet have all the data, and it's difficult to track, but that's how it's looking. This will obviously have an impact on the type of homes that each of these groups of people purchase, which could alter your conclusion by a small amount. But other than that, I was in agreement with your video as it very closely tracked the points from the videos on my channel. I do think house prices are going down though, I couldn't do justice to explain why in a comment, but I just cannot see any way for them to go up or stay stagnant. Thanks for the video, very informative. I will try to check out a couple more of your videos in the future. Thank you.
