  2. Also, if a journalist says: "I'm the one asking the questions here, not you" - I would just stop the interview there and then. What makes a journalist entitled to interrogate and think they are above you? Nothing, they have no authority. An interview should be a mutually respectful media piece, not a character assassination. I would have left a lot earlier than you did, you did well staying in it.

  4. Peter, you're video will be fine under fair usage as long as you pause it to pass comment every 20 seconds MAX. But running it for 2 minutes straight might get it flagged. Also, I don't think the bad press will do you much harm overall. I watched and read all the articles and it just came across as making you a scapegoat. Most intelligent people can see that. And it might even help your bank to do better now as all they've done is advertised for you for FREE to the sort of clients that you would like (i.e. not money launderers, but high net worth decent clients). The big companies do tax avoidance on an epic scale in the hundreds of billions in the Caymans, Virgin Isles, etc, but the media won't go after them because they know the big corp will sue them for liable, so they are going after you as they consider you a smaller fish. I ALWAYS sue, always whenever I've had nonsense like this against our companies, you need to set a precedent. Good luck with it.

  5. Welcome to my World Peter, the only difference is that people have actually paid me a visit or attacked me. Or knocked on my door twice before to explode on me. Or stopped me in the street or the supermarket to verbally let rip on me. It’s just part of the new world we’re moving into. Just be careful, you might need some security or to be vigilant for the next couple of weeks until it dies down. Even I just found your address easily online (on the GC where you live). Any help/tips, your office has my email.
