Slightest? yes, like in areas of 0% slightest. Each planet has its own gravitational field which would reach earth, but honestly coffee cup on your table has more effect on you with its own gravitational field than Uranus does... Same thing with electromagnetic fields and so on. All that effect falls under margin of error even if you could detect it.

I mean, on flat earth sun should be quite close to the earth and move on a circular path which would introduce quite few issues when we compare suns behavior in actual reality, so yea, distance to the sun is an issue with flat earth claim.

@andrewinman1687 There are multiple verses, like simples ones would be the ones talking about you being able to see entire earth from big tree/mountain. And earth is a globe, so we agree on that part, but bible has multiple verses implying earth being flat while have zero of those for a globe, which isn't surprising considering the fact that at the time bible was written majority of people believed earth to be flat and not a globe.

There are enormous issues with Gleason, one of the ones would be issues with distances, especially on southern hemisphere, like size of australia is bonkers. How did you determined that verse X is accurate and verse Y is just a story/metaphor? Because it looks that anything what was proven to be false from bible becomes just a metaphor and you should not take it literally and claims which are not proven to be true/false should be taken literally... Atleast until we get evidence that its a false story... Issue would be with your cherry picking what you want from your book while rejecting everything what contradicts reality with excuse that its just a story which should not be taken literally. @Globeisahoax An obscuring of the light from one celestial body by the passage of another between it and the observer or between it and its source of illumination. Solar eclipse would be when moon is in between sun and earth, ok, this could kind of work on flat pancake world. Issue is with the second thing, lunar eclipse, is when earth is between sun and moon. Tho I guess in your reality moon isint real and all that fun nonsense.
