  3. Petrol prices went down in my country by like 20-25%, it's even lower than it was before covid. So clearly something is happening with this oil price limit. Putin already started to admit that sanctions might effect Russian economy, which only means that it already had massive negative impact, otherwise he would have never said this.

It was to keep brainwashing his own people, why would he say this in English?... And yes, that quote is correct one, now we just need to convince Russian people that they have been fooled by their dictator. Maybe one day...
