Invite Ukrainians to Rusia who wanted to be part of Russia?... Like, in which reality starting a full blown war and killing all those people is a better option when borders have been open between these two countries and people could have freely left if they wanted too?...   8. Yes yes yes, rubble strong, everyone else weak... I guess Putin constant threats and asking to lift sanctions is for nothing... Rubble value remained higher because market was closed and it was Russia which reported how much rubble is worth while no one wanted to trade in it anymore. Now its catching up.
