  1. NS assembly plants were not just in Singapore before. They do have one in Cebu, Philippines and still have in Penang, Malaysia.

  2. On the other hand, I wonder why US wants Vietnam to be their center of Wafer fab design and manufactuing in South East Asia. Malaysia and Philippines were years ahead in these area compared to Vietnam.
