  26. Dr. Fraiman, vaccinations are typically given into the deltoid muscle and *not* the biceps brachialis muscle (per your request that you be informed if you were incorrect about **anything**). Though there is bio-distribution, the highest concentration of the vaccine is localized to the site of injection (i.e. deltoid) until it is cleared from throughout the body. The effectiveness of the vaccine mRNA entering into cells is concentration dependent so that though there is some bio-distribution elsewhere, the concentration is not high enough for a significant amount to enter into cells outside the deltoid muscle. This is why the hours of post-vax soreness localizes only to the one injected deltoid muscle and does not really go to the other uninjected deltoid on the other side of the body.

  50.  @JK_JK_JK  , it is simply an irrefutable fact that a person would be exposed to much more spike protein during a viral infection than during vaccination so that a person with an adverse reaction to vaccination would've surely suffered greater harm by infection. A lipid-nano-particle with vaccine mRNA is essentially a maximally inactivated virus with zero possibility of replication/infection which is a vast improvement on the older technology of inactivated virus which still retained a small possibility of infection. Thus, the older technology is inferior because adverse reactions included contracting the disease that was supposed to be prevented. Meanwhile, absolutely no one has contracted COVID-19 from an mRNA vaccine.
