"AstraZeneca COVID Vaccine Trials Resume After Being Put On Hold" thereby motivating us, the people of America, to redouble our efforts to rapidly find out at any given moment, including even On-line, who among us are unwittingly contagious (i.e. pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic) in order to convince them to call their doctor and self-quarantine per their doctor in hopes of stopping this pandemic in the face of the worst-case scenario of never having a vaccine that is convincingly proven to be both safe&effective here in the U.S.
