For those of us who are medical professionals, when "no cause of (hospital) death is given" during this COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, the presumption is that the cause of death is tragically COVID-19 until test-proven otherwise. This does mean that per the usual contact tracing protocols all who have been in close extended contact with the late Robert Trump should call their doctor and self-quarantine per their doctor.

@shamachelon , hospitals don't get paid for COVID-19 diagnoses made *outside* the hospital. In the interim, I am simply wonderfully hungry and hope you, Amber, and others reading my comment at the top, also have a healthy appetite too. So how are you ?
