  2. <The solution is to increase the population> Not just that but build other cities to cut down on the amount of distance between population centers needed to be covered. <Not enough people/customers to maintain enough competition in any industry (groceries, cell phones, airlines, etc. etc. etc) > Along with high infrastructure costs just to cover all the areas of importance.
