Women don't get paid the same, because they don't work the same. Men work more hours than women at jobs that carry way more risk and responsibility with a bigger workload commanding a higher payout. It's not men's fault that women are unable and/or unwilling to do beyond the bare minimum to advance in life.

If workers truly produce all the wealth, they would have been their own bosses and entrepreneurs a long time ago doing the hiring as opposed to trying to get hired. But they're not, because they don't have the ability or willingness to take on the risks and responsibilities of owning and managing a business which far exceeds that of just working for one.
