  8.  @chompythebeast  <Failures which were a direct result of "Market Liberalization".> Which is a direct result of in Mongolia's case running out of Soviet money to maintain the facade of communism being a viable and sustainable model. Market liberalization was the reason Mongolia didn't collapse as badly as other communist regimes as they adopted it sooner.
