  2.  @vaibhav3946  Oh yes it does men he's smart. If Europe's enemies weren't so backwards, they would have been able to defend themselves better as opposed to getting conquered relatively easily. Norway and Finland were never in any position to invade anyone if they wanted to. Speaking of Finland, it was too busy trying not to get conquered by Russia and turned into a Soviet satellite country. India was too weak and divided to be a threat to anyone.
