  12.  @silenthawkstudios9924  China only got rich after Deng implemented market reforms and the West shipped out all of its manufacturing jobs. Cuba was one of the wealthiest countries in the Americas under Batista. Castro set the country back. Vietnam did like China and implemented market reforms. Russia (USSR) fell as fast as it rose once the oil prices dropped and all of its other industries were left to crumble.
