Equatorial Guinea has the highest GDP per capita in the continent, but 75% of Equatorial Guinean citizens live in poverty and is led by one of the longest serving heads of state on Earth. Its low life expectancy can be attributed to AIDS which is a major problem in Southern Africa.

  46. No. Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union collapsed because of Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union. Yugoslavia = personality cult. Soviet Union = mismanagement, tyranny and corruption.
