  10. Um. The only sanctions those innocent civilians are suffering from are that of the North Korean government. Foreign countries have no obligation to do business with countries they disagree with.

  11. The sanctions were for the nukes. North Korea is yet another reaffirmation of what Margaret Thatcher said about socialism with it running out of Soviet and Chinese money and now is just surviving thanks to the US, China, South Korea and Japan.
