  3.  @Kev4001  Hardly. There's nothing stopping the tenants from coming up with the money to buy the property and pay the mortgage except the tenants themselves. Plus, the banks do not owe anyone a mortgage.

  4.  @Kev4001  LOL. No. And to top it off, banks are well within their rights not to grant a tenant a mortgage regardless of credit score.
