  4. Except for that one time Haiti tried to invade the Dominican Republic as part of its debt-repayment plan to France post-independence. Besides that, Blacks were never colonizers, because they didn't have the technology or the organizational means to carry it out even if they wanted to which is why whatever colonizing they did manage to do was against their immediate neighbors across the river, jungle and whatever else have you.
