  17. But housing is often left to crumble and collapse under communism. Well since it's not an asset, there's no incentive to maintain it. Never mind the lack of basic utilities. <Capitalism eventually ruins everything.> Not as much as communism does which is why in the end it eventually adopts capitalism or resigns itself to being a kleptocracy.
