  17. LOL. The US barely has to do anything to make Cuba fail. The Cuban government has done a much better job at that by themselves. It's not the US's fault that Cuba killed off the successful and productive and ever since then is hardly able to support itself requiring outside aid including that from the very same US it sneers at. It's not the US's fault that it's illegal for the average Cuban to farm or make an honest living.
