Much of Africa's current problems are due to the Communist-inspired economic model it chose to adopt after independence in its wholesale rejection of any and everything Western alongside the tribalism and the vast majority of the population being too illiterate and unskilled to do anything large-scale.

  9. It has everything to do with socialism/communism. That's how every other person of his ilk, past and present, have always operated often by starting out as a liberator for the poor and downtrodden masses. Lenin, Mao, Pol Pot, Castro, Chavez, Ortega, Mengistu, Dos Santos, Ho Chin Minh, etc.
