Affordable housing = run-down slums, long waiting lists, high crime, government-owned. <How about landlords who want to renovate and give you a 90 day notice to vacate, telling you that you can move back after the renovation neglecting to tell you the rent will be 30% higher??????> That is to cover the renovation costs.
