  3.  @claudiosolomon1324  The choice of European commission is made in Washington DC. The European leaders are not even informed when they hear who has been appointed. Doesn't matter if it is Ursula or Draghi or someone else. This little fight is because Ursula and Charles Michel hate each other's guts, but rest assured Ursula will get her second term. She is the most hawkish on Russia, the papers are already signed. It's undemocratic.
