  1. It's all about politics. Scholz want to earn some popularity back, after all the blunders he made over the past 2 years. He doesn't care about the border, or nordstream. It's all about keeping Scholz in power, so he can keep supporting Ukraine. Ukraine is all that the EU cares about, and it is destroying the EU.
