Ofcourse Putin will say no. Ukraine and Nato have to be like 2 negative magnets: they need to push each other away and stay away. Istanbul accords of 2022 will be Ukraine's future, with worse terms than back then. In exchange Russia will give Trump and Nato assurances he will not go after Nato countries or things like that and perhaps do a good word with BRICS for the USA. Ukraine, after all of it is settled, could join BRICS one day. Russians and Ukranians are brohers, there is a reason why Putin went so slow in this war.
