Trump also tries to get Russia back in the G7. This is ofcourse a tactic to break up BRICS, to isolate China. It could had worked maybe 5 years ago, when China and Russia were still distanced. But after everything that happened under the Biden admin, BRICS would be the safer bet for Russia.
