  2. No, it's simple. Women have to choose between family or career. A family limits a woman's career options. If women want a career that's fine. But it will result in population decline. Perhaps a bit of patriotism and self-sacrifice is needed from both men and women. Men need to work harder, women have to work less but take care of the kids.
