  1. Germany doesn't have cheap Russian energy. This in turn makes production expensive, and this in turn makes Germany uncompetitive. Even in Germany. Why would anyone buy expensive German slop, while the Chinese can make the same product but 10 times cheaper? And most of the time the quality isn't even that bad. Innovation and green tech isn't enough to save German industry. Cheap Russian energy was like a golden goose, and Germany killed it by burning their bridges. The Ukraine war is because of Germany, they didn't keep their promises. The EU is finished!
