  2. The EU want that 300 billion dollars in Russian assets. They want their bridges with Russia burned, they want Russia provoked, they want war against Russia and the USA to defeat Russia. This is what the EU wants, and it's not happening. The EU is cutting its nose to spite the face, it's literal self-destruction. Once this war is over, and Ukraine is a neutral state with Russia and the USA getting along fine, the EU will be left in the dark. Friendless and decaying. All by their own doing.
