  4. Well, it does have everything you need. It does look a bit rough around the edges though. I would build a raised platform for the bedding, something that could be folded up against the wall. For me, I couldn't handle how narrow the space is. I do much better in square rooms. But the washer/dryer combo is impressive, and a person could live in it if needed.

  6. $495.67 in today's USD exchange. Well, it does have everything you need, I guess. Some apartments I've seen even in NYC don't have private bathrooms yuk. I would have a love seat size sofa bed downstairs and use the loft for storage. Well done video ! Thanks for sharing 🍂🍁🍃Happy Fall🦃🍃🍁🍂

  10. I would sleep downstairs and use the loft for storage. I wold put a small fridge in the kitchen with a small toaster/convection oven on top of it. I would put a small corner sofa. that turns into a single bed in the living space with a small table. Thanks for sharing 🥰🌱🌷🌹💐💗✝

  15. If available I would get a comfy sofa bed, small coffee table and chair, I would also have a shelving unit next to the kitchen for storage and to put a small convection oven on. 🥰🌱🌿🌷🌹💐💗✝

  25. What a strange, sterile place with 3 sinks! That loft is a huge, dangerous no, especially for sleeping .It's all ridiculously toooo small. I couldn't stand being in there.

  26. I think the kitchenette is very practical. I like it. I'd put an IH cook top, counter top convection oven , a small rolling cart under for a pantry, and a small fridge. It's very doable. I would also have either a sofa bed or the bed with storage as shown. I like this apartment, and the price is reasonable. 🥰🍀🌈💰💗✝🇺🇲
