  1. Sounds like they got an adjustable mortgage. Always, always get a fixed rate mortgage. If you can't get a fixed rate, then you probably can't afford it. Also, only buy a home if you can afford it on one income. As the video continues, you can see the bad choices they have made, yet they expect to be like wealthier people.
