  1. "Ghosts" is a tough subject, because it can't be proven. Pictures and videos can all be faked, so it all comes down to experience. Those of us who have lived in haunted houses and seen ghosts know they're real. Those who haven't either aren't sure, or flat out think we're crazy for believing. Continuing to investigate hauntings is the best we can do.

  9. Team OP- That's an interesting theory, but I think the woman missing her tongue was the only victim who was found face down in a creek, so I guess ball lightning could explain the rest. It would even explain why the flesh of 2 of the victim's hands were embedded into a tree as they apparently tried frantically to climb it. Great logical theory, I like it!

  13. You're absolutely right, that is "the thing". Could you imagine if we proved the existence of ghosts long ago? I'm sure people would've lost interest by now. The paranormal probably gets more attention this way, remaining mysterious. Honestly, if I hadn't seen what I've seen, I probably wouldn't believe in ghosts either. It's tough to believe in this shit if you've never had a paranormal experience.
