​Some do. Not for altruistic reasons. But I've met sociopaths who genuinely want to better integrate. They just need to understand how it works and the practical benefits to different behaviours. It's counterproductive to use sentimental or moralistic language; they can't comprehend them. These people are typically in therapy, though. Cheers. @LoverOfManyArts

​@GlenKilnaish What's "normal"? If you believe you have less empathy, etc., than whomever there's nothing wrong with it. Not everyone prioritizes the same things. The key to a healthy relationship isn't necessarily empathy anyway. It's communication and endeavoring at a mutually beneficial relationship. Psychopaths (and other toxic people) are only considered "bad" because they're often parasitic. Don't be a parasite or let anyone leech from you. Give and take or bust. Hope that helps. Cheers.
