  1. In 2013 I owed 14k in Student loans. Blew them off. Being in default doesn’t stop you from buying homes if you earn enough like me. I’ve bought 3 houses and have gained over 100k in equity…I owe 19k now. I successfully inflated that ish to nothing lol
