  11. There is a scale salary v job difficulty and some are winning more than the doctors. My boss makes $250+ a year plus sitting around owning a commercial cleaning company; I’m not even a manager and I pull $101k in poor North Carolina mostly because of the 7 day a week schedule (still 40 hours tho). My job is easy, I’m literally a janitor do I do well in that scale. My boss? Jesus he sends about 100 texts and idk how many emails and phone calls but that’s it; the regional overseers report back and fill the gaps. Shoot they do well too, half the time sitting watching for $75k salary
