  2. Weight is calories in calories out, full stop (that’s a double entendre). Medication might make you bloat but doesn’t cause weight gain, food and drink did that. If you disagree with me on this you don’t measure portion sizes, drink over 1000 calories a day and because of your shame about mismanaging your health you want to blame me and lash out, say I’m wrong, fatphobic or go for a less precise insult like incel or moron etc. If it’s generic why we’re their no fat holocaust victims? If it’s medication why do we acknowledge that chemo patients have a severely suppressed appetite and that’s why they lose weight vs other meds somehow creating fat cells out of nothing. The arguments against weight being controllable don’t stand up to logic or science, it’s the single most controllable physical thing about the human body hence all the people who successfully lose weight
